Insomnia… the story of my life. I have been insomnic for all I can remember. But recently it’s quite bad. I have very long and tiresome days that include hours at the gym and yet I seem to be incapable of falling asleep before 4/5 am – which is bad especially when I have to be up by 9 am. As this goes on, the pain and tiredness accumulates and … you know the rest.
