Welcome to My New Home

Friday, December 5th, 2008

Hello Everyone,

The move was a long time over due. With all the problems at Blogger, and the chronic “404 forbidden” screen in Syria, it was inevitable.

Fortunately, I was able to import all the posts and comments from the old blog without any hitches. The old blog will still be up, nevertheless. I have a certain attachment to that place, it has seen many defining moments in my life.

I hope you like the new scheme. Not all links are up and ready just yet, I will be finishing that slowly. But for now, any feedback would be great.

Left to right: Maad, Zeid, Yazan.

The header picture was taken on one of the most memorable nights of my years in Latakia. A cold late night walk along Latakia’s seaside, with my two bestfriends. It captures the amazing and surreal feel to that whole night, and retrospectively, to my whole life since.

Love,

Yazan
